Memphis - Memphis Music Community Holiday Party
On December 8th, the Memphis music community came together to host one great holiday party complete with Memphis-style barbecue and music. Organizations that joined us in the festivities include The Memphis Music Foundation, The Blues Foundation, The Nashville Songwriters Association International, Memphis Songwriter's Association, Folk Alliance, The Memphis Music Commission, and the Beale Street Caravan. Among the performers were Recording Academy members DJ Charlie White and Richard Cushing. The Memphis Chapter was glad to have partnered with all of these organizations in order to celebrate the holidays block party style!
